Taymour Miri
MCC - Founder and lead
Taymour Miri is an ICF master coach and a Gallup certified strengths coach and more recently one of the first 136 coaches world wide to be awarded an Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching. He has 30 years' experience in leadership roles and 20 years of experince in coaching. Taymour has trained over 1,500 coaches across five continents and is the founder of International Coaching Education (ICE).
Connie Kadansky
MCC - Authority on Sales Productivity
Connie Kadansky, MCC, is renowned for her mastery of the sales process and her ability to cultivate a business mindset. Connie’s leadership extends to her tenure as President and VP of Programs for ICF Arizona and speaking engagements at two ICF Global Conferences in Norway and Prague and the ICF Global Business Development series. She is a Certified Mentor Coach, a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and a team coach. As a faculty member at ICE, Connie equips coaches with strategies to achieve sustainable growth and success.
Nazanin Malekbikloo
MCC - Faculty member at ICE
Nazanin Malekbikloo is an ICF master certified coach with over 10 years' experience with coaching. She is a business coach working with owners and leaders of family run organisations.
Nazanin has Seven years of experience with training, mentoring and performance evaluation. She also has experince in training managers and team leaders learn and apply coaching skills at work.
Sara Zakar
PCC - Faculty member at ICE
Sara Zaker is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 15 years of experience in managing, coaching and leading multicultural teams in different organizations. Her focus right now is supporting individuals and companies in achieving growth and success.
Sara has three years experience in training and mentoring coaches who want to achieve ACC or PCC credentials. She also has experince in training managers and team leaders learn and apply coaching skills at work.
Adrijana Milosavljević
MCC- Faculty member at ICE
Adrijana Milosavljević is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Mentor Coach and Assessor, and EMCC Senior Practitioner and ESIA-accredited supervisor, specializing in fostering reflective practices among practitioners. Adrijana has over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development across various industries. She has worked on-site in international corporations as well as in medium and small remote companies, coaching leaders at all levels.
Adrijana is passionate about supporting the professional growth and maturity of coaches and L&D experts, helping them deepen their practice and achieve sustainable development in their fields.
