You have an MCC lead trainer along-side you throughout the learning journey both in sessions and off-line in the learning groups. This is supported with over forty different tools created by Taymour Miri and presented to match your learning style.

Payment free Coaching for life
You have lifetime membership to the ICE community in which you will have access to reciprocal coaching (no monetary exchange) with coaches that are up to PCC credential.
At ICE we support your journey to successfully reach ICF credentialing through mock exams and reciprical coaching. You also have access to continual education and an international network of coaches across five continents.

The first area is on-boarding and we promise to support you in settling in as fast as possible when starting your program.
The second area is support throughout your coaching education. Our commitment is to be available and responsive to your needs.
The third area is beyond your program as a member of the ICE community. As an alumni you will be supported on your path to further education, credentialing and building your coaching experience.
Enhanced education through multiple faculty
ICF does not mandate, but rather suggests that coaching education providers should have multiple faculty members. This will provide the benefit of experiencing different credentialed coaches during your education.
At ICE we have taken this suggestion to heart by offering multiple faculty (PCC and above) in all of our programs. Therefore you will have access to a wider range of coaching styles and experiences throughout your coaching education.
Your Lead Trainer with 20 years coaching experience
All of our programs are currently lead by Taymour Miri, with over 20 years coaching experience and having trained over 1,800 coaches and team leaders.
You will have access to his knowledge and experience as a Master Coach, Credentialed Team Coach and a Gallup Certified Strength Coach.
Above ICF minimum standards, for impact
At ICE we go beyond the ICF minimum coaching education requirements. This includes the depth of coach training combined with the Strength and Business Development. The faculty and the team are continuously developed by an MCC coach to provide you with the opportunity to maximise your experience during your learning journey.
You can advance to ANY ICF accredited education
At ICE we were one of the first to apply for and receive accreditation for ALL levels of ICF credentialing, including Levels 1,2,3 and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
We remain one of a small percentage of coaching education providers that offer the Master and Team Coaching programs in English.
We also offer custom Bridge programs to take you from where you are in your coaching journey, up to the next accreditation level.
Lifetime connections and collaborations
On enrolment you become a member of the ICE community for life with no additional fees. This allows you to access students and alumni across five continents.
Furthermore, throughout your learning journey we have created multiple forums in which you can connect, share and learn from one another.
These connections provide you the opportunity to build long term, valuable relationships and create new partnerships.
Business Development for more income
This is a free and optional addition to the program. We have designed multiple modules to support you in starting up and expanding your coaching practice. You will also start working with external clients as early as the third month of the program. You will have access to work with experienced peers who will coach you while you expand your business.
Flexibility for busy professionals
You have the flexibility to learn and practice the material at any time and from wherever you are and the choice to attend your program at the pace that best suits you.
There are no geographical restrictions to attend the on-line sessions and if you cannot attend a session at the designated time you can always catch-up by joining another group.
You can even get accreditation without attending all classes (since all our programs exceed minimum hours of training designated by ICF).
Latest learning methodologies for higher ROI
At ICE we tap in to the latest learning methedologies so that you internalize the learning faster and more effectively. This is achieved through two main methods.
The first is termed the “drip-feed” system. You learn skills incrementally, attaining multiple tools to use in your coaching sessions. This will lead you to discover your unique “art of coaching” by the end of the program.
The second method is called the flipped classroom. This encourages all the reading and exercises to be completed prior to the class so that class time is spent more efficiently in utilizing the faculty’s experience for Q&A and feedback.
Small class sizes for more individual attention
At ICE all of our programs are designed to work with a maximum of 10 students per class, with at least one faculty member.
This ensures that each student will have more opportunity to participate in class coaching practice and receive personalized feedback.

Taymour Miri
MCC – Founder and lead
Taymour Miri is an ICF master coach and a Gallup certified strengths coach and more recently one of the first 136 coaches world wide to be awarded an Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching. He has 30 years’ experience in leadership roles and 20 years of experince in coaching. Taymour has trained over 1,500 coaches across five continents and is the founder of International Coaching Education (ICE).
Connie Kadansky
MCC – Authority on Sales Productivity
Connie Kadansky, MCC, is a top sales coach, skilled in the sales process and global mindset. She’s a Certified Mentor Coach and served as ICF Arizona’s 2020 President and chairs the Advisory Board Chair for the Global Chamber of Commerce Phoenix Chapter. Connie is a faculty member at ICE.
Nazanin Malekbikloo
MCC – Faculty member at ICE
Nazanin Malekbikloo is an ICF master certified coach with over 10 years’ experience with coaching. She is a business coach working with owners and leaders of family run organisations.
Nazanin has six years of experience with training, mentoring and performance evaluation. She also has experince in training managers and team leaders learn and apply coaching skills at work.
Sara Zakar
PCC – Faculty member at ICE
Sara Zaker is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 15 years of experience in managing, coaching and leading multicultural teams in different organizations. Her focus right now is supporting individuals and companies in achieving growth and success.
Sara has three years experience in training and mentoring coaches who want to achieve ACC or PCC credentials. She also has experince in training managers and team leaders learn and apply coaching skills at work.

There has been a number of studies done that show adults want to learn at their own convenience using the style of learning that best matches them bringing their strengths to accelerate their learning. We have adopted the FLIPPED APPROACH and FLIPPED CLASSROOM and have seen accelerated learning from the participants.
