The bridge program is designed for those who want to deepen their coaching education to an ICF accredited Level 2 program. This applies to those who have some coach training and those who have reached an ACC credential. This program focuses on Strength Based Development and supports you in expanding your coaching business.

You will level up to Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and your program will include:
- Access to your student profile with valuable coaching resources
- Downloadable audio files of all classes
- Educational content (booklets, videos and supplementary educational content)
- Option to join the ICE community with fellow students and alumni for life
- Forum of active students to exchange views and insights
- Forum to practice coaching with peers (unlimited coaching hours)

The ICF accredited education providers listed in the ICF website are only alike in that they all must meet the ICF standards for education. At ICE we have put together a package called the Coaching Business Accelerator that offers you the path to Education, Experience hours and Revenue Generation from coaching, as well as support in reaching the ICF credentialed status. In other words, coaches sign up to go beyond education and accelerate their earning potential in their business (both at work and/ or your coaching business).
