The ICF accredited education providers listed in the ICF website are only alike in that they all must meet the ICF standards for education. At ICE we have put together a package called the Coaching Business Accelerator that offers you the path to Education, Experience hours and Revenue Generation from coaching, as well as support in reaching the ICF credentialed status. In other words, coaches sign up to go beyond education and accelerate their earning potential in their business (both at work and/ or your coaching business). What is the Bridge to Being a Professional Coach Program?

The Bridge Program is ICE’s Level 2 pathway designed for coaches who already hold the ICF ACC credential or have completed a Level 1 program elsewhere. It allows you to “bridge” into advanced coach training and complete the education needed for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.

How long does the Bridge Program take to complete?

Most coaches complete the Bridge Program in 6-9 months, depending on their availability and pace. ICE’s flexible scheduling ensures you can balance the program with your ongoing coaching practice or professional commitments.

Why would I choose the Bridge Program instead of starting Level 2 from the beginning?

If you already have an ICF ACC credential or Level 1 training hours, you don’t need to repeat the foundation. The Bridge Program recognises your previous education and experience, giving you a shorter, more cost-effective path to PCC.

What is included in the Bridge Program?

The program covers advanced coaching competencies, observed practice with MCC faculty, over 10 hours of mentoring, and preparation for the ICF performance evaluation. It also includes ICE’s Coaching Business Accelerator, giving you tools in business development, strength development, and lifetime community membership.
