The ICF accredited education providers listed in the ICF website are only alike in that they all must meet the ICF standards for education. Can I join the Professional Coach Program directly, or do I need Level 1 first?
You can enter Level 2 directly if you’re starting your coach education and want to go all the way to PCC. However, if you already hold an ICF ACC credential or have completed a Level 1 program, you can use your prior education and hours to bridge into Level 2 at ICE.
Can I specialize in executive coaching, life coaching, or business coaching within an ICF-accredited program?
Yes. While ICF standards ensure a common foundation, ICE programs allow focus on executive, life, or business coaching through electives and business development modules. See related article here
