The path to becoming a credentialed coach
There are three levels of credentials at ICF. We at ICE provide the coaching education certification required for all levels which are:
Level 1 – (Path to Associate Certified Coach or ACC),
Level 2 – (Path to Professional Certified Coach or PCC),
Level 3 – (Path to Master Certified Coach or MCC).
Each path to credentialing has its pre-requisite number of hours of study as well as number of hours of coaching experience to ensure adequate coaching knowledge
Path to Associate Certified Coach
At this starting level the requirements are:
60 + hours of coaching education
100+ hours of coaching experience
Path to Professional Certified Coach
At the Professional stage, the
125 + hours of coaching education
500+ hours of coaching experience
Path to Master Certified Coach
And finally the ultimate peak, the Master level where the requirements are:
200 + hours of coaching education
2,500+ hours of coaching experience
This program is designed for those who have already completed some coaching education and want to build on that training to attain Level 2 Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
All our programs beging with Discovering your innate talents. You will then follow the ICE model to develop and exploit them to the highest degree. This is the most effective way to achieve exellence in everything you do.
At ICE you will have the ability to take Strength Development even further as a Coach, Team Leader or Professional to discover your unique style to maximize your impact at the workplace.
Coaching Business Startup and Expansion
All ICE Coach Specific Training Programs include Business development to help each candidate set up an income generating coaching practice throughout the program. You will choose your niche, target your clients and develop your personal brand.
In addition you will have the opportunity to increase your sales by attending a step by step Program with a seasoned Sales Coach.
We are constantly looking in to the most effective education models and we use student feedback to ensure we get the balance right. One such model is the flipped approach which transitions trainers from a provider of information to more of a coach alongside students. With this approach, you have the materials to learn and practice at your convenience and the session is for working through challenges with a faculty member, learning through applications, games and discussions.
