The founder and one of the faculty members at ICE, Taymour Miri, is a seasoned Master Certified Coach, Gallup Strength Coach and one of the first 136 coaches world Wide to be awarded the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. He brings over 20 years of coaching experience and responsible for training over 1800 professional coaches spread across 5 continents.

At ICE we take pride in designing and running our courses to exceed the “gold” standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

We are accredited for all the three levels of coach specific education including the Master level which was introduced in 2021. We are also accredited for an Advanced Accreditation for Team Coaching which was introduced by ICF in January 2023.
