From Education to Sustainable Practice
Coaching certification alone does not establish professional practice. ICE integrates structured support to help participants:
• Articulate a clear coaching model
• Identify a defined niche
• Position ethically within the market
• Build sustainable client engagement
• Accumulate coaching experience hours
This integration ensures that coaching competence translates into applied professional practice.
ICE is led by Master Certified Coach Taymour Miri (MCC, ACTC, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach). Faculty are MCC-led and supported by credentialed coaches with diverse professional backgrounds.
All faculty participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to maintain consistent teaching, mentoring, and assessment standards aligned with ICF requirements.
Ongoing Professional Community
All participants join the international ICE community upon enrolment and retain lifetime access to reciprocal coaching, professional dialogue, and ongoing development opportunities.
Community engagement supports continued learning, experience accumulation, and professional progression beyond initial certification.
