Roadmap to Revenue is ICE’s advanced business development module within the Coaching Business Accelerator. It helps coaches move beyond training and into practice by equipping them with the skills to increase visibility, attract clients, and confidently grow a profitable coaching business.
What will I learn in the Roadmap to Revenue?
You will learn how to define your niche, strengthen your personal brand, design a business plan, improve sales conversations, use technology and AI for productivity, and overcome self-limiting beliefs. You’ll also participate in reciprocal business coaching to apply what you learn in real time.

The ICW presentation provide me a unique opportunity to articulate my value proposition and get some practical experience in presenting / testing that with an audience
3. Any shifts in mindset, strategy, or results you’ve experienced—from working with your ideal clients to promoting your services or generating income.
Mainly a shift in strategy – getting comfortable with laying the foundation of my coaching business as I transition from corporate job to coaching in retirement. Also expanding my knowledge and practical use of tools like ChatGPT / LinkedIn to shape and promote my offerings.
4. A message you’d like to share with future students who are considering this program.
Be open to new ideas, experimentation and willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone. While not everything may resonate or be immediately applicable, find the pearls of wisdom that can fuel your journey.
