ICE Business Initiative

ICE is the only ICF-accredited provider combining the coaching education, certification with support to ICF credentialing, Business Accelerator, Strengths Coaching, and lifetime community and learning with custom pacing.

Are you ready to increase your visibility as a coach and create a coaching model that differentiates you from other coaches in the same niche market?

Our Mission

As part of this Accelerator system, we consider it part of our mission to increase the visibility of our Student Coaches. One of the initiatives we are about to start is to produce posts that can be used in marketing your unique coaching brand, while appealing to your ideal coaching client.

The ICE Business Initiative involves supporting you to combine the Talent themes that you discovered during your Strength Development programs with a short Coaching Conversation. The result will be both an insight in to how you are uniquely qualified to bring value to your client base, and the development of a succinct tag line that can be used in marketing your unique brand.

Creating a Coaching Model using your unique strengths

You can learn the coaching knowledge and skills required to deliver a powerful coaching session by completing an ICF accredited coaching education program. However, each one of us have a unique way or style of coaching!

The ART of Coaching comes from us leaning more into our dominant talents (our innate way of thinking, feeling and behaving). When this is done productivity we increase our authenticity, power and impact for our clients.

The above clip is an exercise we carried out in a group environment to assist the coach to use their top 5 report (top 5 themes) with the intention to identify how to market themselves so that their ideal clients can find them while they deliver at their best. This exercise is enhanced by using an AI to accelerate our learning and to increase our productivity in reaching our intention.

Complete this exercise by signing up to an AI (I used ChatGPT free version) and ask it these five questions in order reflecting on the results each time making a note on what resonates with you. At the end compile your learning and decide what sentence you would write to inform your ideal clients about your unique coaching model?

Question 1: If someone had strategic, focus, learner, self assurance and arranger as a top 5 Clifton StrengthsFinder report, how would that combination make their coaching unique? In this question replace my top 5 with yours!

This is the answer that resonated with me: Clients would likely describe me as visionary yet grounded, supportive yet challenging, structured yet adaptive.

Question 2: What patterns would a coach with this combination of themes demonstrate when working with a client?

This is the result that resonated with me: my sessions would consistently cut through the clutter, provide steady reassurance, exploring and learning with the client and always moving toward meaningful outcomes.

Question 3: Consider all 8 ICF competencies and map these patterns on top to see alignment and impact and how the natural way of thinking, feeling and behavior match.

This is the result that resonated with me: Learner (mindset, listening, curiosity) and Focus (presence, agreements, growth) align seamlessly. Strategic and Self-Assurance bring enormous value but need mindful use so they don’t overshadow the client’s process.

Question 4: I want to show a coaching model that would immediately speak out about what a client would expect in my sessions that is uniquely mine, what would it look like?

This is the result that resonated with me: My coaching model is best represented by “The 5C Model: Clarity, Concentration, Curiosity, Confidence, and Customization” while creating safety through curiosity and presence.

Question 5: How is this model reflecting back my needs of an ideal client

This is the result that resonated with me: A client who is ambitious, values clarity, and is willing to focus, reflect, and take action. Someone who respects structure but also appreciates flexibility.
