Community Events
The CBA system includes a vibrant and international community of coaches with varied experiences, cultures and coaching education and business knowledge. As part of the ICE objective to support coaches to create sustainable businesses we have divided the on going educational and networking events to serve three categories of coaches.
• Coaches starting up
• Coaches finishing education certification
• Coaches after credentialing
Business Initiatives
As part of the CBA system, we are continuously looking for opportunities to collaborate with the community to participate in business initiatives. This includes increasing the coach’s visibility and sharing their unique offerings such as coaching model and propositions to new markets, collaborating in International Coaching Week (ICW) events and with ICE partners and clients.
Focus learning groups
As part of the community’s ongoing education and growth, we facilitate smaller focus groups of peers to participate in specific coaching topics and learn to facilitate group dynamics and group coaching. As well as the learning and insights gained, this increases the coach’s ability to add more value to their clients and grow their business.
Business Coaching
The community offers coaching on tap which means you can be coached specifically in growing and creating a sustainable business by other experienced coaches. This initiative is included in some programs such as roadmap to revenue and is also open to members to tap into unlimited coaching throughout their life membership.
