Collaboration Model for ICE in Organizations
International Coaching Education (ICE) has been a partner with ICF in providing coaching education for over 10 years. Taymour Miri (MCC and Gallup Strength Coach) has been coaching in organizations for nearly 20 years. Our intention is to increase our Associate database in 6 continents including North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
All ICE Associates delivering Team Coaching are required to complete the Strength-Based Team Coaching Program at ICE and move towards the ICF ACTC credential. As part of this program they will also complete one team coaching engagement together with supervision.
Our experience shows that the quality of coaching through the Strength Methodology and the Coaching for Performance in organizations is a unique selling point. It has traction with organizations because it brings results relatively quickly for the team and the sponsor.

Other Benefits
Those who join ICE as an Associate can:
1.Use this methodology and tools with existing and future clients in their existing coaching practice. This will increase the coach’s impact and differentiation.
2. The Associates can collaborate with one another to deliver bigger scopes across wider geography. This enhances the brand and credibility of the coach when negotiating with the Organizations.
3. As soon as you enroll in the strength-based team coaching program you will be a life member of the wider ICE international community (with seasonal education, networking and support to achieve the credentialing at ICF).
Selection Process
When a project is being designed with the client, I will allocate a number of Associates that best fit the client’s outcome. The client will then select the most suitable coach(s) for interview and final contract agreement.
When collaborating with ICE the remuneration models are decided on a case-by-case basis taking into account the value being delivered by each party. This will be agreed with each Associate prior to connection with the client.
