The Coaching Business Accelerator goes beyond the ‘Education’ certification requirements by ICF and supports you to become credentialed. It also gives you the capacity and tools to build a successful coaching business, providing the opportunity to transition from an employee to a solopreneur.

Coaching Education
Quality Methods
At ICE we tap in to the latest learning methodologies so that you internalize the learning faster and more effectively. This is achieved through three main stages.
The first is termed the “drip-feed” system. You learn skills incrementally, attaining multiple tools to use in your coaching sessions. The second method is called the flipped classroom. This encourages all the reading and exercises to be completed prior to the class so that class time is spent more efficiently in utilizing the faculty’s experience for practice with feedback. Finally, we understand that everyone learns differently and have designed a system that includes multiple learning styles.
Quality Mentorship
ICF does not mandate, but rather suggests that coaching education providers should have multiple faculty members. This will provide the benefit of experiencing different credentialed coaches during your education and beyond. At ICE we have taken this suggestion to heart by offering multiple faculty (PCC and above) in all of our programs. Therefore, you will have access to a wider range of coaching styles and experiences throughout your coaching education.
All of our programs are currently led by Taymour Miri, with over 20 years coaching experience and having trained over 2000 coaches and team leaders. You will have lifetime access to his knowledge and experience as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Credentialed Team Coach (ACTC) and a Gallup Certified Strength Coach.
Furthermore, all of ICE faculty are part of a continual Train the Trainer program developed by an MCC coach to ensure the quality of delivery remains at the highest level in the industry.
Quality of Choice
ICF recommends a minimum of 10 hours of mentoring in all levels 1 to 3 programs. At ICE, we believe mentoring forms an important part of the learning process and therefore we have designed the levels 1 to 3 to ensure you have access to increased mentoring hours to enhance your coaching delivery. We have taken a step further and included further ICF accredited educational hours for level 1 to 3 so that you have access to more educational and practice hours to boost your impact as a coach.
You have the flexibility to learn and practice the material at any time and from wherever you are and the choice to attend your program at the pace that best suits you. There are no geographical restrictions to attend the on-line sessions and if you cannot attend a session at the designated time, you can always catch-up by joining another group. This means that you can successfully qualify for the education certification without attending all classes as all our programs exceed minimum hours of training designated by ICF.
Quality of Content
At ICE we were one of the first to apply for and receive accreditation for ALL levels of ICF credentialing, including Levels 1,2,3 and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). This means that each program is designed with the next level of growth for coaches in mind and this is translated in the mentorship quality delivering the material.
We remain one of a small percentage of coaching education providers that offer the Master and Team Coaching programs in English and offer custom Bridge programs to take you from where you are in your coaching journey, up to the next accreditation level.

Quality Learning Experience
At ICE all of our programs are designed to work with smaller cohorts per class, with at least one faculty member. This ensures that each student will have more opportunity to participate in class coaching practice and receive personalized feedback. Furthermore, throughout your learning journey we have created multiple forums in which you can connect, share and learn from one another.
Each student coach has access to a dedicated support through three stages of their development journey. The first area is on-boarding and we promise to support you in settling in as fast as possible when starting your program. The second area is support throughout your coaching education which includes additional content, a buddy system to ensure you progress through the various stages of the certification process. The third area is beyond your program as a member of the ICE community. As an alumni, you will be supported on your path to further education, credentialing and building your coaching business.
Coaching Revenue
Marketing
You experience a wide variety of coaching specialties and select your niche and ideal clients in partnership with experts in this field. This links with your marketing strategy and includes creating relevant marketing material to showcase your Unique Coaching Model.
Talent Development
ICE Programs are unique in integrating Strength Development within all programs. You will gain an understanding of your unique Talents and how to develop them in to Strengths that can be aimed at achieving your goals within work and personal life.
For level 2 and 3 students, there’s an additional program to develop their talents as a coach and to deepen their impact using Strength coaching.
Higher Revenue Generation
If you are interested in starting and building a sustainable coaching business the program includes Foundation 101 and 201 to prepare you for bringing your ideal clients. Also included, for Levels 2 and 3, is an Advanced 101 program called Roadmap to Revenue to increase your income. You will also start working with external clients as early as the third month of the program.
Growth Mindset
You have lifetime membership to the ICE community to support the growth mindset through continual education focusing on advancing coaching competencies at levels 1 to 3 and team coaching, increasing your earning potential and developing your talents to enhance your results. This is additional ICF accredited hours included within the coaching business accelerator program.
Coaching for Life
You have lifetime access to work with experienced coaches within the international community starting from the time you register in a program. There are several coaching programs that are built into the programs to accelerate your learning experience. These include working with a coach as soon as you register to start learning about coaching through to peer to peer coaching in smaller cohorts and finally within your business development module to increase your revenue. This is a unique opportunity to work on the coaching mindset for life and continue building a lifestyle under your terms.
Coaching Impact
Coaching Experience Hours
You can continuously build coaching experience hours (100 hours for ACC and 500 hours for PCC and 2500 hours for MCC) in parallel to building experience working with clients to accelerate your impact and credentialing journey. and preparing for the ICF exam by going through a mock exam to replicate the experience.
ICF Credentialing Experience
At ICE we support your journey from Education to Experience and the final examination with ICF. To successfully reach ICF credentialing you must go through all three stages. This will support you in building the knowledge and skills, apply them with clients and earn an income from coaching and demonstrate that you understand the ICF codes of ethics, definition of coaching and the coaching competencies.
ICF Exam Experience
The ICF exam is facilitated through a third party and you will be supported to access all the necessary information to ensure you are fully aware of the options available to take the exam. There is also a mock exam designed to replicate the way the ICF exam is set up to ensure you are fully prepared and confident to successfully complete the exam.
International Experience
As a lifetime member of the ICE community, you have access to coaches across five continents who are either graduated or a student coach in at least one of the ICE programs. This will enrich the coaching experience across diverse set of cultures and provide the opportunity to build long term, valuable relationships and create new partnerships.
All of the ICE alumni have learned the Strength Development Methodology using a common language in delivering a bigger impact to their clients focusing on developing what they do best. This opens up the opportunity for the international community to utilize the same methodology and strategies together in delivering bigger projects demanding collaboration.
