MCC - Founder and lead
Taymour Miri is an ICF master coach and a Gallup certified strengths coach and more recently one of the first 136 coaches world wide to be awarded an Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching. He has 30 years' experience in leadership roles and 20 years of experince in coaching. Taymour has trained over 1,500 coaches across five continents and is the founder of International Coaching Education (ICE).
Connie Kadansky

Connie Kadansky, MCC, is renowned for her mastery of the sales process and her ability to cultivate a business mindset. Connie’s leadership extends to her tenure as President and VP of Programs for ICF Arizona and speaking engagements at two ICF Global Conferences in Norway and Prague and the ICF Global Business Development series. She is a Certified Mentor Coach, a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, and a team coach. As a faculty member at ICE, Connie equips coaches with strategies to achieve sustainable growth and success.

Nazanin Malekbikloo is an ICF master certified coach with over 10 years' experience with coaching. She is a business coach working with owners and leaders of family run organisations.
Nazanin has Seven years of experience with training, mentoring and performance evaluation. She also has experince in training managers and team leaders learn and apply coaching skills at work.

Sara Zaker is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 15 years of experience in managing, coaching and leading multicultural teams in different organizations. Her focus right now is supporting individuals and companies in achieving growth and success.Â
